I like the sequential aspect to Mike's design. However, there is a flaw (that Dan designed for in his prototype) in that it allows you to order strong hot chocolate and french vanilla (therefore it would have to be a morphing interface). I would probably rename "Finished" to "Done", make the button bigger, and put the cancel button in the bottom-right.

I like the physical prototype Drew created, noting the height of the screen and the height of the cup. I'm not a huge fan of the abbreviations though.

I like the volume slider metaphor in Dan's design. In Mike's design there is no indication if left or right gives you more sugar (of course, English readers would assume right). But, I would still only allow the user to select three levels max (and default to none). The placement of the Done and Start Over buttons is a little funky. The workflow is left-to-right, but the buttons are bottom-middle.

Anyway, good job.

Now only if people could express colors in hexadecimal format (#ff0099, #1399dd, etc.) fluently, then we'd be able to uniquely distinguish over 16 million colors!

Very interesting. I liked the point that Russians can distinguish more shades of blue because of their language. Maybe we should increase our color vocabulary.

Yes! I found the same thing. I finally started to shake the packaging, and then everything fell out. *Great* impression on day one of a new job.
