Building a Culture of Care
To excel in business today, you need to not only engage your employees and your customers, you need to delight and inspire them. Too often in business the phrase, “Our people are our best asset” ignores the “people” part and focuses on the “asset.” By rejecting the old binary thinking of “management vs. employee”, and “company or customer” you can create an environment that nurtures and grows all constituents. It is possible to create a company that delivers apparently contradictory results: high touch, wow customer experiences; world class, sustainable product values; superior compensation and working environment for employees; and best in class bottom line results.
