Melita Arvaniti - President

Melita is an MBA candidate with an IT concentration.  She graduated from Athens University of Economics and Business, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and majoring in Information Systems Management.  She has three years’ work experience in the Training Consulting field.  Melita currently holds the position of President of McCallum Connect.

 

 

 

Jia Feng - Vice President of Public Relations and Outreach

Jia is an MSA candidate at Bentley.  She graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Arabic and International Trading.  Jia has over four years of work experience in sales and merchandising.  She joined McCallum Connect as Vice President of Public Relations and Outreach.

 

 

 

 

 

Ruslan Mammadov - Vice President of Finance and Operations

Ruslan is a second year MBA student concentrating in Finance.  Currently he works part-time as an Associate Analyst for Eastern Europe and Central Asia in Microfinance Information Exchange.  Prior to pursuing his MBA, Ruslan worked for four years in Azerbaijan as a Business Development Manager for an international consulting company.  Ruslan earned Bachelor degrees in International Economic Relations from Azerbaijan State Economic University, and in Management from Lasaell College.  He is fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish.  Ruslan holds the position of Vice President of Finance and Operations.

 

 

Clayton Noyes - Vice President of Information Technology

Clayton is a dual-degree MBA/MSIT candidate with an IT concentration.  He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Vermont and has three years of retail management experience.  Clayton joined McCallum Connect as Vice President of Information Technology.

 

 

 

 

 

Christina Zhang - Vice President of Social Media

Christina is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Marketing Analytics.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Event Management in China.  During undergraduate, she co-created a website to connect Chinese and foreign students in the university.  Christina joined McCallum Connect as VP of Social Media.

 

 

 

 

 

Michelle Lin - Vice President of Marketing

Michelle is finishing her Masters in Accounting and will be pursuing another Masters in Marketing Analytics at Bentley.  She graduated from Xiamen University in China with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a major in Financial Management.  She co-founded a college club sponsored by HSBC during her undergraduate studies.  Michelle joined McCallum Connect as VP of Marketing.

 

 

 

Nadia Stoyanova - Vice President of Communications

Nadia became a Bentley MBA candidate after working as a project manager in aviation defense technologies and as sales manager in business aviation in Central and Eastern Europe.  A diplomat and jurist by training, Nadia is committed to socially responsible causes and to making people connect for a common interest.
