Job Description and Responsibilities
Bank of America’s eCommerce/Global Wealth Management User Experience team is seeking an experienced Senior Interaction Designer. The User Experience Interaction Designer creates creative concepts to detailed design specifications using User-Centered design methodologies in support of Bank of America online products and services offerings. Design, deliver, and present high-level user flows, navigation systems, and detailed page schematics focused on business goals adhering to development and project milestones. Collaborate with visual and editorial designers to develop world-class, innovative and holistic experience solutions consistent with company standards. Test design work in production for adherence to specification. Builds partnership with technology partners to ensure defect-free implementation of client-side design solution. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple interconnected initiatives while still seeing the big picture and moving towards the target state. Requirements include strong knowledge of design tools and the ability to apply technology solutions to create an optimal design process. This is a full-time position reporting to the person who leads the Global Wealth Management Authenticated Site experience.
Required Skills
“Must” have these skills to be minimally qualified
- Minimum 7 years overall Interaction Design experience
- Degree in Web Design or related field preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of web development process with brokerage sites
- Strong conceptual design, collaborative, and organizational skills
