One of my clients is looking for an Experience Director to join their team. In this position you will be collaborating with top notch designers and developers to creating cutting edge solutions for their clients.

Job Summary

S/he oversees interdisciplinary teams through research, strategy development, concepting, detailed design, and final delivery. S/he provides thought-leadership to the growth of the company, and helps to establish the Experience Design team as leaders within the industry. Here’s a glimpse at the job description.

Responsibilities

  • Plans for, delegates, oversees and polishes all Experience Design project deliverables (such as creative briefs, concepts, wire frames, site maps, content inventories, etc.
  • Facilitates/leads teams and clients through creative visioning and solution processes; oversees design solutions throughout a project
  • Champions principles of usability and user-centered design and know when it’s okay to violate those principles
  • Manage client relationships
  • Manage and mentor teams
