UE Designer Position, Boston
· 5+ years of experience in web design / development, with specific expertise with web-based applications
· Fluency with web standards and technologies, including: CSS, HTML, expertise with multiple conventional AJAX Frameworks (YUI, jQUERY, EXT, Dojo)
· Fluency with Sencha/EXTjs is a very strong plus
· Working knowledge of Sitemesh and how to build html, css templates for use in Sitemesh effectively
· Experience with GRAILS is a strong plus
· Strong web graphics production capability and practioner experience with various mockup tools
· Experience with methodologies such as Iterative development , Agile or RUP
· Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
· Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
· Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter
· Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based prototype under tight time constraints
