Interaction Designer at FedEx
Experienced interaction designer FedEx is looking for an experienced interaction designer to help us define and create high quality customer experiences and build world class products. This is a great opportunity for someone who is skilled at creating simple and intuitive web applications and wants to contribute in multiple dimensions to help shape the global user experience and build a foundation for the future of fedex.com, m.fedex.com and hybrid solutions. This person will work closely with a mix of product leads, creative and IT to develop interfaces that meet business objectives and the needs of our customers.
The successful candidate will understand user-centered design principles; have conceptual design skills, Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas and the ability to evangelize user-centered designs, design principles and methodology.
