Research Analyst Position with MISI Company
Overview
The Research Analyst (RA) works closely with the Lead Experience Architect (LEA) or Experience Architect (EA). S/he participates in audience research and is responsible for helping to interpret the results of the research.
Responsibilities:
* Help prepare audience research approach
* Help create research tools, such as surveys, questionnaires, and test scripts necessary to conduct research
* Conduct research activities, such as contextual inquiries, one-to-one interviews, focus groups, field studies, etc.
* Conduct heuristic evaluations and competitive audits of digital tools, including but not limited to business applications, websites, mobile applications, and identify areas for improvement in design
* Compile and document findings of the research and identify patterns and trends
* Self-manage own tasks and schedules
* Create demand for RA services
Requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in experience design or related field
* Ability to work both independently with limited direction and within the constraints of a project team
* Excellent communication skills & collaborative skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting more than one effort at the same time
